Recommended Every 4 to 5 Years

  • Remove & reinstall unit at client’s home.
  • Examine all pipes for leaks.
  • Examine all valves & seals.
  • Transport system to the shop for service.
  • Complete disassembly of all parts & motor.
  • Wash & examine all parts thoroughly.
  • Check & re-surface motor armature.
  • Check & re-seat carbon brushes.
  • Clean filters.
  • Check all electrical cords, connections.
  • Check all switches, relays, circuit board.
  • Examine motor fans for deterioration.
  • Check motor bearings & sleeves.
  • Replace disposable bag (some models).
  • Reassemble motor & power unit.
  • Test unit’s performance.
  • Return unit to client.
